Evans - G1 Heads

Evans single ply head. G1's blend warmth, sustain and articulation. The high-performance 10mil film ensures that the G1 is both durable and expressive. The coating adds additional focus and depth.

Evans - G2 Heads

Evans 2 ply (7mm each) head. Consistency and durability, the G2 offers a blend of depth, sustain and attack. It can make small toms sing and floor toms growl! The coating adds additional focus and depth.

Evans - EC1 Edge Control

The EC1 is a 14 mil single-ply head with the Edge Control ring mounted on the underside to produce a warm and dense sound, with improved balance between attack and sustain and extended durability compared to traditional singly-ply heads.

Evans - EC2 Edge Control

The 2-ply EC2, features an Edge Control ring that isolates and dampens higher overtones, enhances low-end and attack, and enables broader tuning and dynamic ranges. Unlike conventionally damped heads, the EC2 will not choke at higher tuning ranges, or lose its full-bodied presence when tuned low.

Evans - Hydraulic

Hydraulics feature two plies that sandwich a thin layer of oil and give the fat, wet sound that was pioneered in the 70's. The oil decreases sustain and enhances attack and low-end.

Evans - J1 Heads

J for 'Jazz'. These 10mil single-ply heads have an etched finish that's ideal for brushes but doesn't chip away under sticks. With maximised sustain and frequency balance the J1 emits a natural sound similar to calf.
