People often ask us what sets idrums apart from the drum shop crowd. Is it our prices? Our website? The devastating good looks of our staff? In actual fact, they're all part of it (except our looks, that is), but we believe it's our customer service that makes us stand out.
Our customers know they can give us a call and chat about a new product to get a genuine opinion. They know that if something goes wrong we'll sort it out as quickly as possible. They know that we love drumming as much as they do.
When we started idrums we were trying to be a bit different. With a lot of hard work, we think we've succeeded.
The best drum shop ever...
Being the best is tricky. Does it mean the biggest? The cheapest? How do you know who is the best when every company is telling you that they are? Simple. You decide for yourself.
With every sale at idrums, we ask for feedback, and every week, we turn that feedback into action. Since we started we've streamlined our site, made things easier for you when purchasing and brought in lots of new products based on your recommendations. We are not here to tell you that we are the best. You can do that.....
Caring for our enviroment
At idrums we take our environmental responsibilities very seriously and try our best to be as 'green' as possible. We get through a lot of packaging - mainly cardboard and plastic. Much is re-used for customer deliveries, but anything we don't use gets recycled if the facility exists. Even the idrums lair itself is an environmentally friendly building, with its construction consisting of durable, efficient and, where possible, local and recycled materials. In fact, all timber used in the construction of idrums came from a sustainable source. As Kermit knows, it's not easy being green, but we're always on the look out for ways to reduce our environmental impact.
