It’s been five years since idrums flung open its doors and changed the way people bought drum kits. No, not underwater, or anything like that. Rather, it was the fact that idrums wasn’t just some faceless online store. It’s run by drumming and percussion enthusiasts who are always on hand to give expert advice over the phone or in person. We think having staff who know our products inside out, who always listen to feedback, and who genuinely want to help you find the right kit, makes us a bit different. That’s exactly what we set out to do when we started, and with a lot of hard work, we think we’ve succeeded.

The pressure on your pocket is greater than it was, but we’ve continued to go the extra mile to make sure that you still get the gear you need to play the gig of your life. We’ve kept our prices low and our service levels high, because stress with your kit is the last thing you need. And even now, our focus on you is still sharp. With every sale at idrums, we ask for feedback, and every month we turn that feedback into action. Since we started we've streamlined our site, made things easier for you when purchasing and brought in new products based on your recommendations. It sounds a bit clichéd, but we really couldn’t have done it without you.
Caring for our enviroment
At idrums we take our environmental responsibilities very seriously and try our best to be as eco-friendly as possible. As you can imagine, we get through a lot of packaging - mainly cardboard and plastic. Much is re-used for customer deliveries, but anything we don't use gets recycled if the facility exists. Even the idrums lair itself is an environmentally friendly building, with its construction consisting of durable, efficient and, where possible, local and recycled materials.
